Highlights in the hair are a great contrast to the blackness of the background.
Her shirt and tie make her look innocent, then you see she's wearing hot leather pants and you're like DAYUM SON, she badass.

I really like this piece, a lot.
Two things I would change (hah, waiting for that were you?) would be the deletion of the speech bubble and maybe ever so slightly changing the dots under her eyes as they make her look just a teeny tiny bit chubby (which is totally cool but it would just make her pefect, which would in turn make her perfect).
I also didn't notice how sketchy the tank looks bottom left, as I was distracted by her hotness. :3
